 EC模拟器代码转换FAQ

虽然这个在EC里面的DOCS文件夹有了，不过可能很多人都没发现。由于经常要用到金手指和CHT的转换，所以单独发出来了。

偶的是02年的EC安装程序，然后需要升级时候就把新的EC程序替换原来的。可能新的EC程序只发一个程序所以启动时候就没有DOCS了。偶也发一个这个文件夹的压缩包上来，里面还有其它几个语言版本的FAQ和联网时候的使用说明。
