我还是崇尚以法治国这个原则，江老太太那套理论在任何时代都行不通，为啥？没有足够的约束连树都能乱长，更何况人呢？

有時候也不可靠...

正正反映了香港警察選擇性執法...

香港的市民可以抗议，可以示威民众媒体的压力可以让警方在今后不得不有所顾忌并且改进对普通市民的保护程度。所以他们的体系可以保障哪怕是法律有缺陷执法机关有不足的（香港那边抗议的也是对普通市民遭遇类似事件警方的不作为）可以在一个透明且良性循环的体系下自我完善和修正。这在某种程度上也说明了香港市民法治意识的觉醒和自我权益自我保护的完善。

上次在網上發起的遊行抗議..
網上報名起碼有幾百人..
但是真的出去遊行抗議的時候只有2x多人...
這說明很多人只是能用一張嘴說...做的時候卻無能為力
所以香港民眾給政府的壓力大大減少..
也反映了香港人少了一份勇氣...

網上討論區討論得很熱烈..
很多專欄作者都寫了不少對警局處事的批評..
但是至今...
他們好像還是沒聽到我們的聲音.
警方源頭沒抓到..
反而抓到一堆可憐的下載者作為替死鬼..
警務處長更說"藏有床照"也犯法...
唉...這件事情現在已淪為國際笑柄,悲哀
而副局長卻又說...
"有好東西和朋友分享..不算犯法"
弄得香港現在的網民.."四海之外皆兄弟"
人人稱兄道弟互相分享床照= =

而且该事件有议员互联网协会等相关跟进也算是个进步了。事件还在发展中，要最终结局出来才知道。但在查禁“违法物品”且是大众偶像上的行动仍能有对私权利的关注纵使比不上美国那么完善，也实属难得。我们要能走到这一步都不知道要多久
