[模拟][转载][工具]EC主程序更新10.6

更新如下：
Nebula 2.25 PGM share ram部分支持
Gens32支持(由于手上没ROM，Sega CD部分没测试)
Gens 2.12b支持

------------------------------2005.10.4 第一次更新------------------------------
xkseraph经ydmis同意，将emucheat src交给我，委托我更新

趁10.1有空，基于emucheat 2004.5的src，小更新如下：

VisualBoyAdvance 1.80b3 支持
Nebula 2.25 PGM 支持(share ram部分没加，个人觉得share ram对做cheat
意义不大)

Hex,Dec,Bin互转换加入

关于有些模拟器2005.1版支持而该版不支持的问题：

由于我手头上的src是2004.5的，与2005.1的src有些
区别，所以有可能出现2005.1支持而该版本不支持的情况，建议不要用现在的版本
覆盖2005.1，最好两个版本都保留，我会慢慢更新。

关于pgm部分的share ram：

我原以为里面主要是arm cpu与68k cpu的通讯数据，并没有很多游戏中能体现实
际反应的变量存放，故没有加入，我会重新考虑加入

如果能支持SSSPSX就好，这个模拟器支持比E160的多
